Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tujijenge account and its data directly from the app, at any time, without contacting support.

How to delete your account

Open the Tujijenge app and log in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Enter your password to confirm it's really you.
Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period, and this cannot be undone.

Before you delete: If you administer a group, or you're hosting an upcoming event, you'll need to transfer or delete those first. This is the only thing that blocks deletion — it exists so that deleting your own account can't wipe out other members' group subscriptions or other guests' RSVPs to your event.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile — name, username, email, avatar, bio, gender, date of birth, campus, county, and any other profile details
Every post, reel, and story you've created, along with their photos and videos
Your comments, reactions, and reshares on any content
Your direct message conversations and the messages in them
Your wallet transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, subscription payments, contest winnings)
Your event RSVPs and group subscriptions
Your notifications
Contest submissions and ratings you've made
Reports you've filed and any blocks you've placed
Your device's push-notification registration

This is a real, permanent deletion — not a suspension or a hidden/banned account. Once it's done, none of the above can be recovered, by you or by us.

Can't log in?

If you've lost access to your account and can't complete the in-app steps above, email privacy@campusbiasharaclub.com from the address on the account and we'll verify your identity and delete it manually on your behalf.
